How soon can you make it to my house?
Most of the time we can make it to your home or business with a few hours. Depending on the severity of the problem sometimes even sooner. We do our best to always schedule appointments accurately and to allot the needed time. That said sometimes the schedule suddenly changes or a project goes longer than we anticipated. When this happens, we’ll always do our best to communicate a schedule changes as soon as possible.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely! Since 1984 we’ve had our C36 plumbing and C20 HVAC license. In addition we are insured, bonded, and carry workers compensation insurance. All of our technicians are factory trained by our manufactures and undergo weekly technical and safety training. They know their stuff.

Can I supply my own material and have you install it?
Yes we’re happy to install customer supplied fixtures. The only materials we can’t install customer supplied, are pipe, fittings, valves, water heaters and all HVAC equipment like furnaces, air conditioners, ductless mini splits.
How can I pay for the service? Do you offer financing?
We take all forms of payment: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For jobs up to $1,000 we can accept credit card with no processing fee. For jobs greater than $1,000 we have to add a 2.5% processing fee. We also offer financing on certain types of plumbing and HVAC installations, the plans are frequently changing so please call us to learn which plan might be a good fit for you.
How much do you charge per hour?
We don’t charge by the hour, instead jobs are priced in an individualized bid. It is difficult for customers to budget for a job when they are paying by the hour because it leaves the price open until the job is completed. You never really know how much you’re going to pay! Plus there is always the danger of having to pay extra for a slow technician; that doesn’t make sense.
Our method is to properly diagnosis with an onsite visit. Once diagnosed we can provide the client with an straight forward upfront bid. This way the client knows the total cost before proceeding with the work and ensure not surprises at the end of the job.
What type of warranty do I get?
One of our greatest assets is our willingness to work with clients, take responsibility, and get things fixed. In the world of home repair there can always be defective parts, installer error, and even sometimes even the unexplainable.
